I've owned a Kangoo for 5 months and it's ok, for a Renault. The Kangoo's performance is the worst thing about this model. Despite this, the Renault Kangoo's reliability is brilliant. After 10 minutes I had to buy a new speaker system as the standard one was a bit rubbish. Renault always were my preffered automobile but the Renault Kangoo's devilish air con has left me undecided.
